With a sublimated patch, the design is first printed with subliamtion inks on a sublimation paper, then transferred to a white polyester fabric base.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SUBLIMATED PATCH
The sublimated patch allows to have fine details independently of the patch weaving and gradient printing.
LIMITS OF THE SUBLIMATED PATCH
The sublimated patch is only available from 100 pieces. The realization of a stitched border being more complex, this option is therefore more expensive than for an embroidered patch.
For a sublimated patch, the option "velcro on the back" requires an merrow border. The option "merrow border" requires the addition of a textile base that will slightly stiffen the patch.
