Digital MSO PREMIUM transfer A3

Digital MSO PREMIUM transfer is a process combining the printing of visuals and/or photographs identical to paper printing, with screen printing. The print medium is polyester.

This process combination allows to produce four-color printing without any problem regarding the number of colors, color gradients, transparency effects or finesses. 

The transfer is then hot pressed with a professional machine. The final result depends on the quality of the provided file.

ADVANTAGES OF DIGITAL MSO PREMIUM TRANSFER

The digital MSO PREMIUM transfer allows an infinite amount of detail and colors as well as gradients. All images are realizable.

It has no color edging. The printing is done on transparent polyester media.

LIMITS OF DIGITALG MSO PREMIUM TRANSFER

Since the MSO PREMIUM transfer is a four-color printing transfer, the colors are not obtained using screen-printing inks, it is therefore impossible to obtain an exact Pantone color.

Some thinness are difficult to obtain: texts or lines below 2 Pt (0.7 mm) will not be readable. 

Several options are available: antimigration, laser cutting.

The digital MSO PREMIUM transfer will be thicker and slightly stiffer than a silk screen transfer.

In case of urgent order, your transfers can be produced in short time (production in 4, 3 or 2 working days) leading to cost increase.
