Transmatic CA 1000 6 Stations

This carousel features 6 stations of pneumatic presses, operating independently either using the pedal or in automatic mode.

 

In automatic mode, the rotation speed can be adjusted between 2 and 60 seconds. The machine will operate continuously according to the programmed time. In manual mode, rotation is initiated by the operator using a pedal.

 

Temperature, time, and pressure can be independently adjusted at each station.

 

The direct drive system utilizes a current-inverter motor with a gearbox. There are no chains or gears.

 

The bottom plates are interchangeable and equipped with Nomex fabrics.

 

The actual production is estimated at 8,000 T-shirts per day with 2 operators, a downtime of 15 seconds, and a rotation speed of 3 seconds.
