This heat press allows you to customize most inflatable sports balls in a few simple steps, including artificial leather footballs, handballs, basketballs, and oval balls. The specially shaped heating plate adapts to almost all sizes and shapes of balls. The Secabo TCB SMART is suitable for professional use with all common heat transfer processes such as flock films, flex films, sublimation, transfer, inkjet flex, etc. All balls can be pressed at the same temperature of 113°C for 8 seconds. The low temperature is important to avoid damaging sensitive plastics or artificial leather. We recommend a transfer size of up to 5 x 8 cm so that the film adheres well to the curved surface of the ball.
The ball press features a digital display for temperature and time. Additional functions such as the calculation of heating times and warning functions make it a valuable tool in combination with the Secabo app for all common types of heat transfers.
The adjustable cylindrical support ensures pressure is as accurately adjusted as possible to the size of the ball. The pressure is adjusted on the lower side by pressing on the cylinder and adjusting it with the two screws on the left and right.
The automatic opening features a wide opening angle and a button for manual opening before the set time has elapsed.
