Preparation and application of a Flex Digital transfer

1 - Trim the Flex Digital transfer.

2 - Prepare the tape application.

3 - Place the tape application and press with the pro rigid squeegee, on both sides.

4 - Remove the tape application.

5 - Cut out the logos.

6 - Turn on and preheat the machine to 150°C.

7 - Prepare the article.

8 - Press the article at 150°C for 5 seconds

(to be adapted according to the application conditions of your Flex reference).

9 - Peel the hot transfer

(to be adapted according to the application conditions of your Flex reference).

10 - Install the serrated ruler on the parchment paper and cut out a sheet.

11 - Place the sheet on the article and press again at 150°C for 5 seconds
