Secabo Membrane Tray

The Secabo membrane platen equalizes differences in thickness of pressed materials, eliminating the need to fill thickness gaps and thus speeding up work.

Transfers can also be pressed near buttons, zippers, and seams. The principle is simple: pump by hand to inflate the platen and distribute even pressure over the entire item, allowing transfers to be placed near raised areas.

Secabo membrane platens have a working surface of 38 x 38 cm and 40 x 50 cm, corresponding to actual platen sizes of 45 x 45 cm and 47 x 57 cm, respectively.

The membrane platens are compatible with Secabo TC5, TC7, TC5 SMART, TC7 SMART, TS7, and TPD7 press models. They can be mounted directly onto the press chassis or used in combination with the sliding or rolling carriage.
