How to submit a complaint for a transfer order?

1 • Access your customer area.

2 • Go to the "My invoices" tab.

3 • Click on the concerned invoice number to see the details.

4 • Select the concerned order and click on "Contact customer service".

5 • An e-mail window with the invoice and order numbers opens.

6 • Formulate the complaint about the order.
