Motor opening

 

1 • Unscrew the four screws.

 

2 • Remove the intake filter.

 

3 • Remove the lid.

 

 

Disassembly of the cups

 

4 • Unscrew the screw.

 

5 • Remove the cup.

 

6 • Remove the old gasket and clean the location.

 

7 • Clean the inside of the cup.

 

8 • In the same way, dismantle and clean the second cup.

 

 

Reassembly of the cups

 

9 • Replace the gasket.

 

10 • Put back the cup and tighten the screw.

 

11 • In the same way, reassemble the second cup.

 

 

Disassembly of the valve box

 

12 • Lift the block minding the springs underneath.

 

13 • Unscrew the four screws.

 

14 • Remove the old gasket.

 

15 • Protect the inside of the motor.

 

16 • Clean the surface of the block.

 

17 • Remove the plate and the old gasket.

 

18 • Clean the lid surface.

 

 

Reassembling the valve box

 

19 • Replace gaskets and the plate.

 

20 • Screw the four screws.

 

21 • Lower the block into the tank.

 

 

Draining

 

22 • Hold the block with a strap.

 

23 • Empty used oil.

 

24 • Remove the strap.

 

 

Reassembly of the motor

 

25 • Screw the four retainer screws.

 

26 • Screw the hose back at the rear of the motor.

 

 

Reassembly of the electrical module

 

27 • Screw the screw of the earth cable on the right side.

 

28 • Reconnect the black cable.

 

29 • Put back the plastic cover.

 

30 • Put back the safety clip.

 

31 • Screw the safety screw on top of the electrical module.

 

32 • Reclip the cylindrical block.

 

 

Oil replacement

 

• Fill the tank with SJ-27F oil without exceeding MAX.

 

 

Reassembling the motor

 

34 • Remove the old gasket.

 

35 • Replace the gasket.

 

36 • Screw the four screws (of the lid).

 

37 • Replace the intake filter.

 

 

Disassembling the non-return valve

 

38 • Unscrew the hose.

 

39 • Unscrew the valve.

 

40 • Disassemble the valve.

 

41 • Clean the support.

 

42 • Remove the old gasket.

 

43 • Replace the gasket.

 

44 • Clean the inside of the valve.

 

45 • Remove the old gasket.

 

 

Reassembly of the non-return valve

 

46 • Replace the gasket.

 

47 • Reassemble the valve.

 

48 • Screw back the valve.

 

49 • Screw back the hose.

 

 

Disassembly of the oil inlet cap

 

50 • Unscrew the cap.

 

51 • Remove the old gasket.

 

 

Reassembly of the oil inlet cap

 

52 • Replace the gasket.

 

53 • Screw back the cap.

 

 

Rotating brush cleaning can be done with fine sandpaper.

 

The draining and oil replacement can be done by the top of the motor.
