Four-color printing MSO transfer is a process combining the printing of visuals and/or photographs identical to paper printing, with screen printing. The print medium is polyester.
This process combination allows to produce four-color printing without any problem regarding the number of colors, color gradients, transparency effects or finesses.
The transfer is then hot pressed with a professional machine. The final result depends on the quality of the provided file.
ADVANTAGES OF FOUR-COLOR PRINTING MSO TRANSFER
The four-color printing MSO transfer allows an infinite amount of detail and colors as well as gradients. All images are realizable.
LIMITS OF FOUR-COLOR PRINTING MSO TRANSFER
Since the MSO transfer is a four-color printing transfer, the colors are not obtained using screen-printing inks, it is therefore impossible to obtain an exact Pantone color.
The technique requires a color edging for the makeready, so the silkscreen underlay covers all the visual and bites into the color edging of the same color as the fabric. The visual will not have a white outline, but a discreet and serrated color edging, corresponding to the fabric color.
CAUTION:
• For a four-color printing MSO transfer on a white textile, your amalgam will be produced with a transparent varnish. All the white elements in your file will not be printed.
Transparent varnish for white textile and color edgings for colored fabrics can not be combined on a same sheet.
• In the case where white elements are printed, they will not always have an outline.
Several options are available: antimigration, ardoisine, laser cutting.
The four-color printing MSO transfer will be thicker and slightly stiffer than a silk screen transfer.
Accepted files :
Special option for sublimated textile, avoiding the sublimation migration in the marking.
IMPORTANT (SOFTSHELL FABRIC): Transfers with the anti-migrant option are only valid for sport sublimated textiles to prevent the sublimation upwelling, but under no circunstances for Softshell garments.

IMPORTANT:
• Please clearly represent your desired cutting lines.
• It is imperative to leave a 1-cm space between the visuals to pre-cut.
It is recommended to select the File check option in addition to the Laser Cutting to get a quick feedback on the feasibility of cutting.
